Blair Kaminsky Presents at Ethics in Discovery Program
New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg partner Blair Kaminsky presented at a June 26 Practising Law Institute event on Ethics in Discovery. The program was designed to provide litigators and in-house counsel with an understanding of ethical duties that arise in the course of discovery, including in e-discovery. The event took place in New York and via livestream.
As a panelist, Blair discussed data security issues and best practices in the wake of data breaches, with a focus on the cross-section between data security, e-discovery, and ethics.
