Daniel Sullivan Appointed to Law360’s 2021 Appellate Editorial Advisory Board

New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg partner Daniel Sullivan has been named to Law360’s 2021 Appellate Editorial Advisory Board. The board, made up of a group of select appellate lawyers from across the country, will provide feedback on Law360’s current coverage and insight on how best to shape future coverage.

A leader of HSG’s appellate practice, Dan clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia of the U.S. Supreme Court and, before that, for Judge Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has been involved in many high-profile appeals before state and federal appellate courts. In January 2021, he, together with counsel to his client’s co-defendants, won an order from the U.S. Supreme Court vacating a Second Circuit decision in an appeal with significant implications for insider trading prosecutions.
