The National Law Journal Profiles Holwell Shuster & Goldberg Associates and Former Supreme Court Clerks Vincent Levy, Daniel Sullivan
New York—The National Law Journal profiled Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP associates Vincent Levy and Daniel Sullivan in a July 15 feature article titled, “Former Supreme Court Clerks Find Their Groove at New York Litigation Boutique.”
Vince, a former clerk to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Dan, a former clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia, both clerked at the Supreme Court during the 2009-10 term. After working at other firms in New York City, they both arrived at HSG within the last 15 months. Vince started with the firm in June.
Stating that “smaller New York firms are not where [Supreme Court] clerks have tended to go, especially after being at a big firm,” the article notes the appeal that HSG’s collegial culture and entrepreneurial spirit held for Vince and Dan. Firm co-founder Michael Shuster is quoted as saying that the addition of former Supreme Court clerks furthers the firm’s interest in developing a strong “founding generation” at HSG.
