Avi Israeli Quoted in Law360 on Securities Litigation to Watch in 2022

Law360 turned to Avi for insight on the major lawsuits the securities industry will be watching in 2022, including a challenge to the legality of the largest-ever SPAC and the Ninth Circuit’s revival of the Google cybersecurity suit.  

When discussing litigation against Bill Ackman’s SPAC, Avi noted, “it will be important to see which allegations and arguments the judge finds most compelling and germane to the issue,” adding the securities bar will be “looking to see whether there is a broader indictment, or a blessing, of how SPACs operate generally.” Read the article here.
