Alison Miller Named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2022 Women Worth Watching List
New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP associate Alison Miller been named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2022 Women Worth Watching list, which recognizes professional women across the globe who are influencing their workplaces and industries.
At HSG, Alison has litigated a wide range of complex commercial disputes spanning subject matters such as antitrust, contract, securities, and insurance. She has played a critical role in several high-profile trials, including an antitrust trial against News Corp. that settled amicably, an expedited M&A trial, and an environmental trial under the federal CERCLA statute. Most recently, Alison joined the HSG team representing Federal Insurance Company, an affiliate of Chubb, in a dispute over insurance coverage, attorney’s fees, and pre-judgment interest brought by an investment bank. Alison has also been involved in disputes between tech companies and their financial backers.
