Karen Sebaski Quoted in IPWatchdog on 2023 IP Predications 

IPWatchdog turned to Karen to hear some key IP issues to watch in 2023. On artificial intelligence inventions, Karen notes that “the intersection of AI and patent law is an exciting area of the law” and she expects it “will continue to rapidly evolve for years to come, particularly as AI becomes increasingly sophisticated.” She’s also watching the launch of Unitary Patents and the Unified Patent Court in Europe this year.
