Priyanka Timblo to Speak at 2023 ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting

New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partner Priyanka Timblo will speak at the American Bar Association’s 2023 Antitrust Spring Meeting, the world’s largest gathering of competition and consumer protection lawyers and professionals. Priyanka will be speaking on the panel, “Is Imitation the Highest Form of Competition?” alongside Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom partner Tara Reinhart, Latham & Watkins partner Elisabetta Righini, Hausfeld partner Lesley Hannah, and McCarthy Tétrault partner Casey Halladay. Priyanka represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration. She has significant experience handling antitrust and breach of contract disputes on both the plaintiff and defense side. Her recent engagements include representing a MacAndrews & Forbes company in an antitrust jury trial against News Corp. in the Southern District of New York; representing Visa in multi-district class action antitrust litigation challenging network rules applicable to all domestic cardholders; and a breach-of-contract action pending in the Western District of Arkansas against one of the world’s largest retailers.
