Kevin Benish to Speak at the 2023 Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair

New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP senior associate Kevin Benish will speak at the 2023 Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair, the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country. Kevin is speaking on a panel alongside M. Dru Levasseur, director of diversity, equity, and inclusion for the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association; Evelyn Clark, associate at Thompson Colburn; and Ryan Rasdall, associate at Mintz. Together, they will share their experiences and discuss how members of the LGBTQIA+ community can shine during the legal job search and recruiting process. The panel is scheduled for July 24 at 9 a.m. ET.

Kevin has extensive experience working on matters involving transnational litigation, civil procedure, antitrust, international arbitration, and matters of constitutional law. He serves as co-chair of HSG’s LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group and is an adjunct professor at the New York University School of Law. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, often representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who face discrimination.
