Michael Shuster Selected to Lawdragon’s 2025 500 Leading Lawyers in America List

New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP founding partner Michael Shuster has been named once again to Lawdragon’s list of the 500 Leading Lawyers in America, “a celebration of lawyering and those whose art is its craft.”

Recognized on Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators guide and by Benchmark Litigation as a top trial lawyer and placed on its shortlist for General Commercial Litigator of the Year since 2023, Mike is widely and generously praised by peers. He has also been named a Litigation Trailblazer by The National Law Journal.

Mike’s clients repeatedly trust him to handle legal conflicts that threaten their business models and industries, and that carry enormous monetary stakes—often measured in ten figures. He is currently lead trial counsel for Visa in an upcoming multibillion-dollar antitrust trial against merchants challenging the network rules at the heart of the Visa system.  Mike is also national trial counsel for the insurer Chubb in coverage litigation across the country relating to opioids.
