Andrew Sgarro
Overview
Andrew Sgarro represents companies and individuals in a wide range of complex commercial and white collar matters.
Before joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul D. Borman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
While attending Columbia Law School, Andrew served as executive production editor of the Human Rights Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Legal Practice Workshop and Workshop in Briefcraft. He also worked on a variety of criminal and First Amendment cases through internships with the Bronx Defenders, Appellate Advocates, the Knight First Amendment Institute, and the Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia.
Before law school, Andrew was a white collar defense and investigations paralegal in Cozen O’Connor’s Washington, D.C. office.
