Michael Freedman
Overview
Michael Freedman advises clients on a wide range of litigation matters, with an emphasis on complex commercial and antitrust disputes.
While at the New York University School of Law, Michael was the managing editor of the Annual Survey of American Law, and worked with the ACLU Voting Rights Project on a bench trial related to the 2020 census. He also served as an intern with the New York Civil Liberties Union, where he participated in preparation for a bench trial in a voting rights case.
Michael previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Pierre Leval of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before that, he was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP. Prior to entering private practice, Michael served as a law clerk for the Honorable Berle Schiller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
