Rashelle R. James
Overview
Rashelle James maintains a broad complex commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on antitrust and white-collar matters and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Rashelle served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Andrew L. Carter, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She was previously a law clerk at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP where she worked on antitrust and white-collar investigations. During a secondment to The Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice, she worked with the Special Litigation and Law Reform team on various civil rights and policy reform matters, including a challenge to the Administration of Children Services’ long-term detainment policies.
