Zachary G. Garrett
Overview
Zachary George Garrett represents corporations and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters. Before joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, he was a law clerk to Judge Carlos T. Bea of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
While at New York University School of Law, Zachary was a Senior Executive Editor of the New York University Journal of Law & Liberty, a Bradley Fellow, and a research assistant to professors Catherine Sharkey, Samuel Estreicher, and Richard Epstein. He also interned with Commissioner Keith Sonderling of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and was a Gerald Walpin Fellow with the Center for Individual Rights.
Before law school, Zachary worked at a nonprofit organization in New York City.
Zachary’s admission to the New York Bar is pending.
